What Does Grass Finished Mean?
Grass finished means that from the moment that the lambs are born on the farm and the cattle come to the farm they are only fed grass.
We do not meal our lambs or cattle, this allows them to fatten naturally and over time.
What are the benefits of Grass Finished?
Grass Finished beef and lamb has many benefits over grain fed meat, one been the flavour, others include; Less total fat Up to 5 times as much omega 3 as grain fed.Grass fed beef also contains more vitamin A and E all beef is high in vitamins such as B12, B3 and B6.More antioxidants. Animals fatten naturally over a longer period of time.

Price
Across-the-board price increases in meat costs have resulted in the highest prices in grocery stores in forty years. Therefore, the difference between buying local and buying supermarket is reduced and the advantages in better quality product and supporting your local farmers make buying local meat more appealing than ever.
Animals
As Local farmers we genuinely care for the animal’s well-being because we realise that it results in a product of much better nutritional quality. Our herds and flocks are free to move in open fields as nature intended.
How Does Delivery Work?
Our Deliveries are sent out in environmentally friendly Wool Cool Packaging.
They are dispatched on a Wednesday and will be with you on Thursday.

The meat is frozen?
Our meat is frozen Quickly after butchering, this means that the nutritional value and flavour of the meat is preserved.
Freezing the meat also reduces waste.
Are you Organic?
We are not certified organic.
Our animals have a diet made up of grass and other foliage like ivy that grows on the farm naturally.
We do not feed them any meal (grains) be that organic or non organic.
Why can't I buy year round?
Because of the way we raise our animals the naturally , we do not have meat all year round. This can change depending on the weather and other factors.
This means that we usually would not have stock between January and May.
