Grass Fed & Finished – Just the Way Nature Intended

All our beef and lamb are grass-fed and grass finished, never grain-fed. This approach increases biodiversity on our land, supporting trees, flowers, insects, birds, and other wildlife. Grass-finished meat has a richer, more complex flavour than grain-fed alternatives and comes with additional nutritional benefits. Grass-fed meat contains less total fat, up to five times more omega-3 fatty acids, and higher levels of vitamins A, E, B12, B3, and B6. It also provides more antioxidants. Our animals grow at a natural pace, gaining fat slowly over time, resulting in a healthier product and a more sustainable farming system.
