"We loved the taste of the meat, it's a lot richer and 'earthier' than what you get in the shops. Also, much more left of it after cooking, especially the mince, so don't need as much (I was even thinking would the small roast be enough at all but we were eating for days...). "We had a taster box. Excellent packaging and labelling. Meat arrived still frozen solid. We have so far enjoyed the slow cooked lamb belly. Very succulent and full of flavour. The mince needed no extra flavouring and tasted amazing in the cottage pie. The lamb chops were thick cut so we were able to cook them and they remained pink in the middle. Four of us enjoyed the small beef joint as a Sunday roast. Everything was full of flavour and there has been no waste. Looking forward to the steaks today. Will certainly be ordering another box.
