Pre-order your 2025 lamb, available as a Full Lamb or Half Lamb box.
Orders will be fulfilled as lambs become available, typically from August 2025 onwards . Because we only include the best lambs in our boxes, availability varies. Once you place your pre-order, we will keep you updated via email with an estimated delivery date and notify you when your lamb is ready to be shipped. If you prefer custom cuts or specific portions, please contact us directly. We’re happy to accommodate your needs.
Our premium Irish grass-fed lamb boxes include a carefully selected variety of cuts, perfect for large family meals or quick midweek dinners. Raised sustainably on our Bord Bia-approved farm, our grass-finished lambs are reared naturally on open pastures, which means healthier, tastier meat with superior nutritional benefits.
All our meat is frozen after butchering to preserve freshness, flavour, and convenience.

Delivery is €10 across Ireland, handled by DPD with next-day delivery on Thursdays. We pack orders every Wednesday for dispatch. Once your order is with DPD, you will receive a tracking email. If you need your order sooner, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Why Choose Our Grass-Fed & Finished Lamb?
Our grass-fed and finished beef and lamb contribute to biodiversity on our farm, supporting a thriving ecosystem of bugs, trees, grasses, flowers, and wildlife. Compared to grain-fed meat, our grass-finished lamb contains less total fat, up to five times more omega-3 fatty acids, and higher levels of vitamins A, E, B12, B3, and B6, plus more antioxidants. Our animals fatten naturally over a longer period, resulting in tender, richly flavoured meat you can feel good about eating.
